Is this Phil Collins Authentic

Hello everyone,

I was hoping i might be able to get some opinions on a piece that i acquired several years ago via a trade. Its a signed 8 by 10 Phil Collins of Genesis dedicated to Mike. This one has always had me wondering. I believe the trader told me he got it TTM, but i may be wrong on that. Anyway, i was hoping someone may be able to comment on the item.

many bigger names are faked and a dedication is added to add to the story,but phil collins autographs are quite easy to find (in the uk ,at least)so i would be more confident in a dedicated example...there are many fakes also churned out here,mainly on lp sleeves,inner sleeves and on vinyl.
