Saw a Baseball Bat

I was at onlineauction.com and saw a baseball bat with Joe DiMaggio and Ted Williams signatures on it. There's something about the ink that made me curious. The ink looks like it was just signed. The ink is dark and has no sign of fading to me. They have a authentic paper listed with it but it's not signed either. First, that Joe DiMaggio is a awful forgery.

Secondly, that "J. DiMaggio" COA is from "Operation Bullpen" and it is on EBay's "Banned COA" list.
