Hello everyone,

I recently was shown the following photograph of an African American man sitting down on the sidewalk playing the guitar. The photograph looks great to me, but for the life of me i cant figure out who this player is. Their is a chance that this might be a shot from a movie, but i am hoping it is a photo of an actual player. The inscription reads "Sandra, Until the Pine Needles are no more" Sincerely Billy.....???????????. I want to say that the last name is Walker but i cant be sure of it. And the middle name (if thats a middle name) is to obscure for me to read. At first i thought it was Sheik, but i could find no google hits of that name. Or for that matter of just Billy Walker (at least reasonable hits).

And so i am reaching out to others to give opinions. I just cant make it out. Any opinions would be appreciated.
