Have you googled more examples from the event?

I was at the NYC event and actually missed a signed copy by 9.  I was 24th in line and they only had 15 copies.  This was the LA event.  I have not googled it.  They all kind of look the same, but this one is a bit sloppier or rushed IMO. He has the recepit from Sept. 10th.

I have not studied Dylan but this does not look like any of the ones posted here that have been represented as authentic.
