I sent the seller an ebay message.  I gave the seller the benefit of the doubt (maybe he doesnt know?) and told him t was a pre-print and that I had several of them.  I then asked if he would end the auction so someone doesnt buy a falsely described item.

I was in contact with him too,

When I first pointed out that its was a pre-print he told me that hes selling it for his friend,,,,after that he got lost in his own stories....not able to defend himself, so he got rude and offensive.

Shall I post the text I got....he called me names etc :(

Shows you what kind of person he is.  I was actually polite in my messg to him, saying you may not realize this is a pre-print, etc.  I was quite shocked when I got his repsonse.  Guess he figures we cost him about 300.00 profit!
