Anyone that buys things such as a Beatles pick guard and thinks it's genuine for about $112.50 deserves to lose their money. Sadly I imagine they get a lot of amateurs and churn this stuff out non stop.
That Nirvana signed drumhead for 18 bucks was equally convincing.
Just because it's up doesn't mean they are actually selling.
Granted we don't have their sales records, but I think it's safe to assume they've ripped off someone down the line in they've been in business for six years. There are a lot of signed guitars, albums, drumheads, pickguards, etc. That stuff isn't free, and I don't think they would keep forging if they weren't selling these items in decent quantities.
What's scary is that I can see how someone could buy some of those Nirvana items and put a $800 price tag on them and trick some poor bastard on ebay into thinking they are real, with a lame made up story. Very depressing stuff.
I might be wrong but their website looks a lot like the one of Autographs America. They sell exactly the same crap. Could it be the same company with a different name ?
http://allreaders.net/home.html I just found this, though I'm not sure how accurate this website is.
And now they are popping up on the bay!! :(
