Thoughts on these Stan Lees

I'm leaning towards authentic on the one in silver, but not sure on the one in black. It's very messy and has some characteristics I'm familiar with, but some that I'm not, such as that really large "a".

In my opinion both are likely authentic, but obviously the silver signature is a much stronger example.
