Mantle HOF 74 ball

Hi everyone,

I am hoping to get opinions on this Mantle ball I found on Craigslist.  Thanks in advance for your input!

Thank you all for confirming my suspicions. The ball has a COA from All American Sports Collectibles, so I assume they are either crooks, incompetent or both.
