Meat Loaf - fully signed BAT OUT OF HELL - need help with missing name!

I have that beauty in my collection. Unfortunatelly I figured out 5 of 6 names/signatures on the vinyl sleeve. Anyone able to help with the missing name?

this is total fake, you are correct. I met John Miceli some month ago and asked him to look for his opinion on his own signature. He said "it Looks that someone did his homework very good, but this is not his signature and all others are not athentic, too". I did some Research on the item. It came from a huge forger in Germany. He had a ebay store "b2s-trade".
