USA for Africa - We Are The World - multiple signed vinyl cover - opinions please

Hi there!

just found that one in my collection. Need to verify if this is good or bad! There is no history of the signatures. I cannot figure out all the signatures. Big names are missing such as Bruce Springsteen or Michael Jackson. So this could might be reference to be authentic?

Signatures I figured out:

Kim Carnes

Al Jareau

Cindy Lauper

Bob Gelof

....and now I´m lost!

cheers & thanks for help in advance!

i still believe it is a good one..... I cannot see that these are all signed with one hand. Maybe Roger can jump in, correct.

I'm willing to bet my entire collection that this is fake.

I have no knowledge of any of these individual signatures, just to be clear.  While a cooincidence is possible, look at Kim Carnes and Anita Pointer.  The signature to the left of Carnes appears to also be in that same hand.  For me, that was immediately incriminating that something wasn't right.

check out the "hearts" above Cindy Lauper´s and Kim Carnes signature - These Looks totally different. Doesn´t look like it has been signed with the same Hand. AND - if it is a fake - why not all in blue marker - Cindys signature is in black marker.... still unsure about that one.....

I found a similar item on the Internet:

I think i can make out Bruce Springsteen and Paul Simon in their and neither look authentic. I dont think this piece is authentic. The paul sig may be is i cant see all that great, but the Bruce doesnt look good. At least not to me.

And the top item i have to agree does look all signed in the same hand.

I see a lot of issues with Martin's record. There is too many of the signatures that is off. For example Quincy Jones, Diana Ross and Bob Geldof. So I will not take up on JXE bet. He will keep his whole collection.

the Loggins and Buckingham are very close to authentic examples. If a forger pays that much attention to detail, I would be surprised if he/she would not change the orientation to further fool the purchaser.  I do not believe these are all signed by the same person.
