I recall reading somewhere that Steiner only uses official game hats, not these cheap flex fit ones. If this is true, this could be a case of a fake Steiner COA.

I agree, and this looks almost exactly like the Derek Jeter hat thread which was a fake Jeter on a hat just like this w/ Steiner "cert". It may be the same seller.

Not the same seller, but certainly appears to be "cut from the same cloth."
