this signature comes from the 500 home run club lithograph piece and is up for auction at a local auction house tomorrow here in phoenix.  It comes with the proverbial COA from my Favorite Players 2.  Because of this website i was able to do research on My Favorite Players II Coa's and figured it was bogus.  The piece is already at $80 on online bidding.  There are several other bogus autographs in this auction as well

At that price the buyer will surely attempt to flip it on Ebay for a profit.
