Ty Cobb Cut Autograph?

I`m questioning why someone would cut this Cobb like this.  If real it looks like crap the way its cut.  I guess you could frame around it.  Idk.....any other opinions on this.

Not a problem because it is not authentic in my opinion. Maybe they cut it that way thinking people would believe it was real because of the irregular cut. It is not even close.

They probably signed a hundred on a manila folder, then cut the, uh, "best" out...if you could call it that.

The only thing I can think of is it is not an authentic signature.
