hello everyone. i m a newble of sport autograph.

i just got a manchester city jersey from ebay. the description marked it is a player issue with team autograph. it comes with a COA by an unknown
person, & a message from a company "UK Autograph Collecting Co". i have no idea about this company as i can't find any detail from the web. however the seller got back to me that all the autographs are authenticated by an expert called ACE (http://www.autograph-certification-experts.co.uk/). ;(

also i found the shirt is made in thailand. becasue the player issue is not available for selling in retail market, so i don't it's real or not. but the seller said it's 100% genuine. how can i get any information of it? can anyone take a look of my player issue shirt? ;(

I would not trust anything with an ACE COA. COAs issued by them are banned from EBAY for a reason. They suck.

Dan's right. Note the ACE depicted in that link is decidedly not the Jason Priddy one that is banned from Ebay.

From memory there are 2 ACE Authentication companies. One with Justin Priddy that authenticate fakes and another in Europe that do sports. Can you post a clear image of the COA please.

i just got this COA, from an unknown person. and it's doesn't mention any company / org, just the seller replied me that he got authentication from the company called ACE with that web link. ;(

These signatures are not genuine Manchester City autographs.  Very slow, methodical and signed by the same person.  Return it as soon as possible and make a claim with your credit card/paypal.

If you look at the signature directly under the MFC badge, it has the same formation of the letter "A" as the signature to its immediate left.  All signed by the same person.  Team signed jerseys cost in the range of $500 to well in the thousands since they are so hard to come by (genuinely team signed, that is).  Price is usually an indication of forgery, but not always so obvious.

omg,,,what the procedure i need to do for the claim?
need to reach the seller for asking the refund first?

sorry for many question as this is my first experience for buying autograph from ebay :(
many many thanks!!!!

No need to apologize, it's a mistake many fans make since greedy individuals like to profit off of the desire of a fan to own a signed piece from a team he/she admires.

First, I would ask the seller directly saying you would like a refund because the signatures are forgeries.  Also, open a case with eBay and Paypal as well as most of the procedures are time sensitive.

pure s ite  theres a h missing in this

sorry, alan. i don't understand. would you please elaborate?

thanks Dan, i sent a msg to the seller. let's see what's the feedback.
btw, he/she didn't reply me preivois question which is about the ACE....

i' not sure that he/she will appear again..
if not...can i still get the refund by reporting to ebay/paypal? (i used paypal for the buying)
