I've had my eye on this one awhile now but I think there's something off with it. What does anyone else think? Thanks! Claims to have been signed by Bruce Springsteen, Patti Scialfa, Clarence Clemons, Nils Lofgren, 'Little Steven' Van Zandt, Danny Federici, Garry Tallent, Roy Bittan, and Max Weinberg. It was signed on 18/12/1980 (Springsteen) and 1/7/2000 (E Street Band), at Madison Square Garden, NY, USA (Reunion Tour),

Hi, this is one of the 3 we discussed last month : http://live.autographmagazine.com/forum/topics/3-springsteen-and-e-...

The one person I really trust on Springsteen is Roger and for $15 he will give you his opinion.  Its money well worth spending when you are investing in something like this.  How much is the person asking for them??

thanks

Mark

Yes, Roger is good at Springsteen, don`t know if he will consider all the signatures for $15 though? But at least Bruce`s..

The Boss`s sig looks like the ones he signed at that period, I am much more insecure when it come to the other E Streeters. Especially Roy Bittan and Gary Tallent looks a little off to me, considering how they signed in 2000. It might be a pretty good forgery, or some of them can me real, and others filled in to make the album complete.

Just as a note: Nils Lofgren and Patti Scialfa didn`t play with the E Street Band in 1980, they can of course have signed it later, but I would in all cases prefer an album with sigs by the ones that contributed to it.

I had a look at the other discussion you mentioned earlier and the Tunnel of Love signed album was sold by the same seller for just 212.50 and the one I posted is currently going for €170 which is very very low for a fully signed Springsteen album. The thing I liked about this album was that the Bruce signature seems to match his early style pretty good but then again if it was a fully signed album would the seller not more realistically be looking for somewhere in the thousands? He also has the following for sale. Looking at these my feeling is that they're aren't genuine.

His website should be called "House of Fakes"

The U2 items are pretty bad, especially the Rattle and Hum album that is clearly signed in the same hand.

The Madonna album posted is not genuine.
