Need Help With This

This guy bought this from "skyauction.com"  which is a weird auction site, but it does exist. He has the "we have a money back guarantee" from the auction site. 

But thats besides the point. These are so hard to tell with and I have no faith in the quick opinions anymore because it takes 10 minutes to receive a response and I dont see how its any better than having someone else better at this take a look on here.
