Looking at examples, I guess this has a chance to be authentic?

Yeah thats very smart. Might just get quick opinion, I'll see. SGC has some pretty good prices going right now compared to the other authenticators.

Would it be sacrilege to cut it out?

IMO, yes

But the program is in such poor shape :(

I think this may be the first piece I send off to PSA/JSA/SGC.

I wouldn't cut the autograph either.

I kind of like the vintage look of the program, including the beat up portion of it. I would say professionally frame it as is.
I agree. Cuts are whack. Quit neutering historical pieces damnit!

I'll see how it looks when I receive it :p

DO NOT cut it out!!!!  You lose all context of the autograph. It would be a HUGE mistake in my opinion.

You could send the program to a paper conservator and for under $50 get it dry pressed to get all those wrinkles and waves out. It would look 100 times better. If you are interested, I can recommend a conservator.

I'd be interested, but would like to find one in Toronto haha.

Quick Opinion says Likely Genuine.
