Al that golf ball is not authentic IMO. 

This ball in the OP is undoubtedly a bad forgery. I love how these moron buyers shell out $300 for a FORGERY with a piece of paper, and I can't even sell my snow white AUTHENTIC ball for $350! Shows how backwards this hobby is.
