Perry Cox - is he good on Beatles' autographs?

Is an LOA from Perry Cox highly-regarded among Beatles autograph enthusiasts?

Furthermore, would his LOA be accepted at major auction houses when it comes to identifying authentic signatures of John, Paul, George, and Ringo?

He authenticates albums that sometimes sell at major auction houses for 300.000 dollars and still calls himself a student.
Perry d Cox is a good guy, he knows his stuff.

Perry has a personality call it what you will god like or something else. It goes a long way.

Thanks, all. I remember having read something in the past about him, and I seem to recall that there was high praise for Perry Cox. I just wanted to be sure that my recollections were correct.
