Opinions as to whether these look to be authentic or secretarial (perhaps Neil Aspinall)?

They aren't authentic, in my opinion, and don't appear to be secretarial either.

Not a bad attempt.  This would fool a few out there.  I have seen a lot worse.

They're all just a little off, the worst being Harrison, with Lennon actually being the best attempt - pretty close, IMO. Pretty decent attempts, but not real.

Some of the letters aren't fully formed, including Paul's "M" and Ringo's "N". In that sense, it isn't too good.
