I have seen numerous postings about Coaches Corner here, so I decided to check it out. I came upon a May 1968 issue of Ebony in lot 511, with a supposed signature by Martin Luther King. Didn't he get assassinated on 4/4/68??

Yes, as U2's song, "Pride", says, "Early morning April 4, shot rings out in the Memphis sky. Free at last, they ended your life, but they could not take your pride!" Although I believe the assassination actually took place in the evening.

The release of monthly magazines, however, is usually one month ahead of time. So the May, 1968 issue would probably come out at the beginning of April, which would mean that theoretically it could have been signed by Dr. King a few days before his murder. Although coming from CC makes it highly suspect.

Nothing they sell is real

OP run as far as you can in the other direction!
