Beautiful

I have NEVER and I mean NEVER gotten a response from PSA or JSA as to WHY a signature failed authentication.  I have asked many times too..They always just sent out the same rejections letter.

MArk

No one I mean NO ONE can ask the WIZARD behind the screen WHY they fail anything! Never question the WIZARD ;-)

Seriously Mark that is really sad that you cannot get specifics on why something failed even after paying them to lean one way or the other. You would think that at least they would explain it for you.

I do not use authenticators anymore because of them failing my in person stuff after taking my money. Serious racket they have going on there and it is very wrong in my opinion. The stuff it seems that they do for their buddies/auction houses etc is downright mafia like. Oh yeah, never question the Wizard!!

I really don't like it.

It's not even close

Hi Ira, you can't be much of an expert by saying that. I was there when he signed
The item has sold for $850.00 (USD) or £550.00 (GBP) on eBay on 2/22/2015. Was this a good price?

Richard - please do not take it personal that someone is not liking the signature.  It should not be taken personally.  I have had things fail PSA or JSA and knew they were real since I got them in person.  Sad - but that is the way it goes.  I have also asked for person's opinion in here many times.. Sometimes its not what I wanted to hear, but I appreciate when anyone takes the time out and writes what they think.  That is what this site is all about - Collectors coming together and helping each other out.

I am not that familiar with McCartney's signature to throw my opinion in.  Sorry..

Mark

I believe that Richards Macca autograph is authentic.

Great find Jake I'm sure Richard will be stoked to see that.

I don't really see the resemblance.

If you are talking about the OP the P projects out to the upper right on this one the swoop back forms an arrow "triangle" pointing left while on the OP it is more of an arch. The on the OP swoops back into the base of the P where this one holds it own.  I personally don't see the comparison between the two either like Terrier.

Now I am not saying that Richard's isn't real by any means, I don't know what years either were done in. I assume the one on paper is older as the M swoops a line up to the top C in Mc while the OP doesn't.

It is hard to compare different signatures from different eras.
