Here is the listing
http://www.ebay.com/itm/LENNON-McCARTNEY-STARR-SIGNED-BAR-MENU-BEAT...
A quick check on seller shows item was originally sold for $1799, one bidder, limited experience (59 feedback or so) in late May 2015
The auto is in crappy shape, and that is clear from the pictures, it has a Caiazzo LoA which matches the picture. Not an expert here but signatures appear legitimate. Given Caiazzo's experience and reputation, I have concentrated on comparing the listing to the LoA
Seller's track record not there, and that sends warning signs. Lack of bids (if real, it is still John Lennon, with a PMcC kicker...) suggests some level of skepticism. Seller also has listed an accompanying Harrison with a Perry Cox LoA, so from a TPA perspective, if real, these are 2 of the top 3 for Beatles (Roger being the 3rd)
So, what am I missing? I do not want to start a bidding war, but clearly, this has been listed before and no takers.
Thoughts?

No reason to think this is not real. Although I'm surprised in Frank Caiazzo's letter he states these are "Nicely Signed" as it has lots of skipping, some fading, an upside down Lennon, and a crinkled paper which accounts for the lower price. Seller has over 300 sales and all positive feedback so not sure why you say "seller's track record not there." I think it's fairly priced in today's market.
Thanks for the feedback
When I look at seller track record, I look at what he sells. Often times sellers will build "feedback" by selling $5 trinkets by the dozens, before the $1900 Beatles autograph...... To me that is not sign of a good track record. If seller sold autos, I might look at it differently, but, in my case, 300 positive feedbacks on items whose aggregate value is less than the one item being sold, I do not consider that a track record...... Just my way of looking at it.
they are authentic, but really in bad condition.
Got it, so the takeaway is that the market price for this type quality is (well?) below $1900 ?
Agreed, not in good condition but authentic
Haha +1
Lousy shape...but they look real to me...
