These are 100% amateur forgeries on cheap base cards. This is a common scam on eBay. Scammers will scribble on their .10 cent base cards, and list them on eBay with descriptions that are flat out LIES, all for profit.

Here is a laughable Puig forgery, eBay seller buckeyesportsauctions flat out lies and says this was "obtained IP during 2015 season".
