Is it a blank check?

He's been out and about recently, I'm sure he'll be around even more with the upcoming premier. If you don't want to try for him yourself you can pay for someone's services, typically will run you between $400-700 depending on the item.

I would be happy to pay 400-700, problem is, who would I pay it to and how would I get in touch with such a person?
