Do you have any photos of Scarlett signing the other dozen photos you've sold, that actually show her signing the item so we can validate that signature style? This isn't much "proof" of anything.

Craiger, are you the owner of that eBay account "serpentcitycc" ?  Just curious because I thought this was your eBay account?  http://www.ebay.com/usr/craigerocksngemz

No, I am not the owner of serpentcitycc, just a customer of theirs.  I am CRAIGEROCKSNGEMZ  !!

Ok that's what I thought. I have a question. Do you remember last year when you posted a Michael Jackson item and asked if anyone thought it was legit because it had failed PSA after you bought it? I wrote to you privately and asked if you had gotten it from an Erick in California. You told me yes, it was from him. You decided to get your money back and said Erick was fighting it, but if you showed tracking proof, eBay or Paypal (can't remember which one) would give you your money back.

Here was just one of those emails between us....

Will let you know as soon as I get it!  No, I did not buy anything from that other name he has. Looks like he forges Paul Mccartney, Jimmy Page, and Michael Jordan too.

How is it then, that you sold the exact same item you were returned to Erick last week?  Here is the item: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Michael-Jackson-Signed-Cut-Autographed-AUTH...

Here is where I bring that item up on Ericks thread: (note the date of my comment vs the date of your email to me above, I had waited to post it as I promised to make sure you had gotten your refund first). http://live.autographmagazine.com/xn/detail/3524372:Comment:610904

Here is another one of Ericks your also selling: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Michael-Jackson-Signed-8x10-Bugs-Bunny-Phot...

Why would you tell me you returned the items when you in fact hadn't?  And how can you now in good conscience sell the items that you knew were forgeries?

Wascher is the best Michael Jackson authenticator that I know, without a doubt.

I am not trying to pile on here, but every one of your JSA/Beckett graded Carrie Fisher pieces is fake, signed by her secretary. You can stand behind the slab, but SW fans are laughing at you and pointing these out on a regular basis on other forums.

How is anyone to take you seriously when you are actively doing wrong in this hobby?

Wascher...  I messed Up!!  Made a bad decision, and now am trying to clean it up.  Those items were returned to Erik, only to be returned to sender (me) a month or two later.  They were sitting around and I I couldn't stand to look at them any more so I decided to auction them off.  BAD DECISION I NOW REGRET!!!  Since those auctions ended I have been in contact with both buyers with instructions to have them returned to me for full refunds.  I informed them that they were forgeries that needed to be returned so they can be destroyed.  When I get them back I WILL DESTROY THEM!!  I admit, I made a BAD decision.  I honestly had a tough time trying to figure out what to do with them, selling them was a bad idea, and they looked to good to just destroy.  At this point I am looking forward to destroying them and will happily provide pictures once I have done so.  Please don't crucify me.  I want to make this right and correct my mistake.  c

Craiger, you relisted that 2nd one several times after it didn't sell right away  (the bugs bunny one).  It just sold a few days ago.  The other one you sold a month ago.  I'm sorry but I don't believe you.  I'll tell you what, how about this, when you get them back?  Send them to me.  I'll take a look at them to see if they are "originals" and not copies, and I'll destroy them and video it.  Fair?   Then I'll post that you did the right thing.

Don't crucify you for knowingly reselling forgeries?

Cant say as though I knew they were forgeries 100%.  I didnt forge them, or see someone forge them,  I was unsure.  PSA never failed them, they would not render an opinion.  The only person that ever said that these were forgeries were wascher.  Whom now I beleive is 100% correct! I purchased them as authentic signatures and was fooled by Erick.  This is a prime example of why it is good to use PSA or JSA, yet they are not right all the time either, as mentioned earlier in this thread by the fact that the Scarlette that originally came into question is authenticated by PSA/DNA and the Carrie Fisher cards are authenticated by JSA.  Can you believe/trust any of them??  Its a volatile market for sure.

You put in the listing "authentic". By your logic anything is authentic as long as you didn't see someone forge it. You didn't see Michael sign it either so how can you pass it off as genuine when you initially had your doubts and returned it? You were trying to make a quick buck and got caught.

You also tried to defend the forged Scarlett with a fake "proof" photo.. why would you do that if you aren't the seller?  Sounds like you are trying to dig your way out of a hole that just keeps getting deeper.

Lol Craiger....your cover has been blown, your credibility is shot. You might as well drop the act and be the crook that you really are. Wascher gave you more than enough insite on those signatures and you listed them anyway as authentic, with low start prices and no reserves. Your a crook....own it!
