If this is real, it's an amazing item.   Sotheby's UK so it should go for a small fortune.

I don't posses enough knowledge to say one way or other about the authenticity of the signatures. What I can say is, if I remember correctly, I have seen a couple of these before and the Dylan and Clapton have always looked the same yet the multitude of pens seems to denote these were signed over the course of time rather than at the same sitting? So that rings some alarm bells (particularly knowing how much Dylan changes his autograph).

Sadly I didn't keep the images of the ones I had seen so I have had to rely on Google.  But here is what I could find:The middle one is the Sotherby's one.  See the strong similarities with the Clapton on the first 2 and the Dylan on the last 2.  Plus that strange red pen.  As I said, I cannot comment on the authenticity, they could all be real, I am just surprised about the similarities.

Martin (and the bad punch) posted one of these a little while ago that was on ebay.  Ive never seen a fully signed The band set yet but id sure love to.

I wish someone could show me a full authentic set of The band. I don't like these.

It's VERY unlikely Levon Helm would ever have signed a "Last Waltz" item.

He thought the film all but excluded the rest of the band to focus on Robbie Robertson.  He and Robbie apparently made up just before Levon left us 3 years ago.

The signatures look fake to me. Joni M has a beautiful signature that doesn't look anything like these.

It would appear that Sotheby's has removed this item from their auction.  As I look today the lots go from 37 to 39, with this item, lot 38, now missing.  Read into that what you will.
