Third one looks like "Spencer", there was a John Spencer that was a Dutch singer in that time period, later a famous DJ. Also was Don "Fireball" Spencer...

May 1963
Decca signed the Rolling Stones.
Some of the artists featured at the All Stars '63 show at the Winter Gardens, Bournemouth were John Leyton, Mike Sarne, Mike Berry and the Innocents, Billie Davis, Duffy Power, Grazina, Billy Boyle, Don 'Fireball' Spencer, The XL Five, Bick Ford and Jet Harris & Tony Meehan.
I have Don "Fireball" Spencer in the autos as well, so this would be a second Spencer. There were about 25 signatures. I am not sure I recall all of them, and I do not have the booklet in front of me. Here goes my memory:
1- The Swinging Blue Jeans (4 + Manager)
2- The Cheynes (Mick Fleetwood vintage, and Eddy ??) 2 count
3- The Ronettes (they all sign The Ronettes, but different handwriting, Ronnie puts her name on it as well 3 count
4- The Fenmen (Bern Elliott and 2 others) 3 count
5- Jimmy Reed
6- Carl Perkins
7- A single artist female UK Blues Singer (I need to check name, no memory)
8- Don Spencer
9- Stones: Mick, Keith, Billy, Brian, Charlie
If anyone is interested in the specific auto, I will post. Otherwise, I will edit and complete the list later
