Thoughts on ebay seller?

I would like to get people's thoughts and opinions on the following ebay seller.

http://www.ebay.ca/usr/huskyrecords1986?_trksid=p2056016.l2559

Some of the autographs look good, but there is far to much quantity of rare autographs (Pink Floyd, etc) to make me believe they are all valid, hand signed autographs.
