Bob Dylan examples? Real or not? Opinions......Please. Thanks

Here are 2 Bob Dylan autographs I have been looking at and trying to make an opinion on.  The record was supposively signed after a show in DC in 2014, but I find that hard to believe and inscription even harder.

Oh, I've seen way worse than these -- but I agree -- no good.
