Walter Payton - Authentic?

Was offered this Payton ball for $250. Please let me know if it is first authentic, and if so, is it a good price?

likely authentic, imo,  and a beautiful example. I think 250 is a steal.

Is there anyone else that could give an opinion on it? Even though the actual football is dated correctly, I find it strange how the 't' isn't crossed and no 'er' in Walter.

He signed mine exactly the same way. In person, 1993. I only wish mine wasn't fading. Yours looks great. And the price is very good.

So I've been really on the fence to buy this one, and I think both of you have convinced me to get it. Peer pressure at its finest.
