I have a Ruth ballpoint from 1948 that showed absolutely no falloff on quality and is instantly recognizable. I dont believe Ruth ever did a sig like that no matter how sick he was...

I'm usually in complete agreement with Christopher Williams, but I take issue with him in regard to this particular Ruth. To say this will pass for toilet paper is an insult to toilet paper...
