It's a fan club secreterial. Not genuine.

That's very disappointing.  It did come from the fan club but considering the content of the accompanying letter (see attached) I really wish fan clubs would not do that.  Better not to send anything at all than to send a sick fan a fake autograph.

Not surprising at all. They sent a "fully signed" Miracle item to a sick fan to be auctioned off to help pay for that fans bills a few years ago. It was a secreterial sig with a a COA from the fan club. And a letter from Jacky saying she "held it while it was being signed". An outright lie.
