Absolutely genuine. Very nice.

oh its lovely!!!  I don't normally buy  queen but even I would like to buy that; - its one of the nicest   ones that I have seen.

Does anyone have any idea what these retail for?
This was most likely signed at Crazy Eddies for the Hot Space promo. Those usually have photo proof as it was one of the very few sit down fan signings they did. Because of that, on ebay I'd say a fair price would be 1,500-1,800. Personally, I feel 2k is too much. Auction houses usually pull in more cash.
Its a nice signed lp, the graphics make it look great.
Innuendo, is this one of the nicest sets you seen before?
It's genuine, but as far as it being one of the nicest ones I've seen-no. And this comes down to personal taste entirely. To be honest, I've never been a big fan of the early 80s style for any of guys since they were all quite simple and always looked rushed (even in a calm and relaxed environment). Also, aside from other Crazy Eddies signed items from that day, you'd be hard pressed to find other genuine examples that match Freddie's hand that day. Not impossible mind you, but it wasn't common. That was due to the large markers they were given ect. Personally I'd much prefer a nice 70s set or mid 80s to an early 80s. But it's a solid genuine piece and would make any classic rock fan proud to own.
Here's a photo from the signing this item comes from, Paul. It was a pretty rare thing for Queen to do. I know they did another signing at the press release party for The Works album around 84, and by then Freddie's hand had changed drastically from the Hot Space era. Still, the item you posted is a solid piece.
