Yes, never seen that inscription. Heavy pressure. If I had to choose I would say not authentic.

It has some similarities to a real Madonna, but I would also lean toward no.

It does. Even connects correctly from the "A" to the "D" which alot of forgers miss. To me it looks slowly drawn, too upright( she usually signs with more of a slant), and it looks too neat and readable.
