Ebay Seller BeatlesandBowie Selling other peoples Beatles Autographs -- Again!

He tried to sell Frank Caiazzo's "With the Beatles" LP and several other set with PSA certs. 

Now he totally lifted Perry Cox's listing for a 1969 set!  I've reported him many times == but eBay lets the sales continue. Not sure how is planning to get away with the money after the buyer realizes he doesn't actually own these sets.

Agreed. How does he expect to get away with this? He listed the signed "With the Beatles" LP at an unbelievably low BIN price of $1,500 and it "sold" at that price.
