Is there anyway to get some idea as to what PSA think of your item without buying a COA.

I know they offer their quick opinion service but frankly I've heard nothing good about it. I want to send an item to them for a COA but it's pretty expensive and I know how sometimes they mess up.

sounds like your buyer wants to flip it at your expense. I would stand firm and guarantee that it will pass PSA, or just find another buyer.

Agree with Pete. Between PSA fees and shipping, it's not worth getting a Hamill certed. Offer the buyer double his money back if he wants to submit it and it doesn't pass.

Hi Kris!!!  Get a quick opinion test from PSA!  but first, I have to tell you, it cost $10.00.  It's cheap.  One of their experts will either say it is authentic or it's not...I spoke on the phone with an agent about three weeks ago.
