autographworld.com is totally reliable?

hi, I wanted to buy a photo of autograph world.com, is a serious site to 100%, will release their certificate of authentic, however, there is no doubt that the autographs are genuine or not? thanks

I consider both of the owners friends and recommend them without reservation. As with any autograph collectors or dealers, we disagree on occasion, but they always step up. They have always been great about taking care of their customers above all else.
