...but when I compare it to autographs of his online, mine looks very different? I'll lose it if I pay for authentication and they say it is a fake!!!!

Alright so how did you meet Kurt?

Haha right!

So my buddy Hugh was a massive fan. I was still clinging on to 80's glam and G&R (sad) at the time. He convinced me to take the 3 hour drive to Toronto on a school night -I'm still surprised my parents let me go.

The concert was amazing- the set was like the Heart Shaped Box video- and they destroyed everything on the last song to ensure no encores.

Hugh was determined that he would meet Kurt and we waited outside the Gardens with about 10 others in the cold November  rain for about 1.5 hours.

There are doors on the east side that open up and vehicles can pass through. During the wait Krist kept coming out and chatting with us, telling jokes (no Dave). Everyone was asking for Kurt - Krist said possibly but there were no promises.

Good thing I didn't drive or I would have left for home.

I remember this well cause at 18 I never drank or smoked weed! Eventually a white van rolls out and stops. Passenger window is down and Kurt is pretty wasted.  The remaining fans got autographs and a chance to shake his tiny hands (and I'm not a big guy- they are Trump small).

At this point I realize how much this means to the few around me and was kind of euphoric but I swear I looked in the back seat and Love was there and it looked like she was holding Baby Bean.

Anyways I never thought of selling it until the Irish girl's reaction (previous post) but I'm keeping it.

Gotta get ready for a halloween party- everyone have a great weekend.

Joe

I just have to say joe you probably look after the ticket better than having it in a frame with the photo, for preservation.

It is a shame that what started as a great post degenerated into a mud-slinging match, the type of which profits nobody. It did at least become more interesting again afterwards.

I cannot see what was gained by posting Joe's mail to Roger. I agree that Joe's tone in the email was totally uncalled for but how does it have any bearing on doing business with him (Joe that is).

What I find even worse is actually posting Joe's personal details, including phone number! If people want to post scans of emails and letters please black out the parts that should remain private.

Note to Steve: I would remove the offending email unless Joe is happy to leave it on the site.

A Pug Called Eva,

Joe posted the email with his personal info.
Sorry, I see one from Roger. I thought there was a similar one from Joe.
