Sent for a Roger Epperson quick opinion and his response was "Looks fine" so I assume that's pretty good piece of mind...

Here is the signature I have on top of an example of Eddie's signature I found on PSA's website. They compare quite favorably in my opinion.

I haven't seen his signature since the early 90s but it looks good from here.

looks fine

Arrived today.  Are these changes in color when moving near light source over the signature a good sign to rule out preprint?

How much was the photo?

A too good to be true price of $118 shipped.

The seller that sold this has a lot of really questionable autographs for sale

I know the Scarlett Johansson he has listed is no good.

I know her autograph about as well as Pete Bendu does. It's not legit.

I grabbed the Vedder minutes within being listed only because it matched up favorably to the PSA exemplar from their website that I have side by side earlier in this thread.

Sometimes dealers have a mix of good and bad. But I agree it's a red flag.

Best get a refund !

Vedder has signed thousands of things over the last several years at cubs games for fans at home and on the road. If I wanted to buy something of his, I would go to ebay, look to see what other items the seller has-for example an albert almora 8x10 or david rundblad signed puck or collection of james taylor signed vinyl for $50.
