Can anyone tell me if either of these autographs are authentic or are secretarial?

First off, the free frank signature on the envelope is printed. 

As for the letter, I assume it is secretarial or autopen. I have never seen an authentic one that is that legible. 

We'll see what others have to say...

I believe letter is secretarially signed and envelope is printed. Still a nice historical item though.
