CD just popped up at Rough Trade. Says it's an indie exclusive, so I'm guessing more stores will have this.

correct, signed CD looks available from indie CIMS Music stores

Can add   "/UPC/708857001828 " on to their websites in most cases, to check. 

$15.28-$16.99 + shipping, depending on the store, released on 28 March.
