The link now goes direct to an unsigned copy. The signed copy (which was also at Foyles and Hatchards) has been removed. I managed to get an order in for a signed copy, but I wonder if someone messed up and there were no signed copies. Time will tell.

Oh, that's not good at all – perhaps the signed copies were listed too early? Or maybe there aren't any?

Does your order confirmation state that it's a signed copy? Has anyone contacted Waterstones about this?

Yes mine says signed copy. I also took a pdf print of the webpage that shows it as signed. I haven't contacted Waterstones. I will just see tight and hope it goes through.

So weird.

Had one in basket, few mins later it had been deleted and doesn't even say anything about a, "Signed edition" being sold out. Just normal edition listed.
