Is this a genuine Neil Armstrong Autograph?

Any experts out there who might know if this is a real, fake, or autopen from Mr. Armstrong? Thanks for your opinion.

The signature appears to be slowly applied, but sometimes for NASA presentations they used a rough, bumpy mat that could cause that effect.

Vintage NASA presentation with bumpy mat or clever forger?

In my view, this item requires an in-hand review to see the full context before issuing even a cursory opinion. Is the mat is the proper age and type used by NASA, framing materials, age of the ink, etc. etc.?
