Where did you buy it and when? You have six months of buyer protection through PayPal and eBay.

You generally only have 30 days through ebay, but you have six months through paypal.

It's an easy situation to fix.  Either return it or get a tpa opinion and that will solve ur problem.  I have no clue what u even payed for it . But if by credit card u are protect just act quickly and make a decision.
