Bummer, East City bookstore order just got cancelled/refunded, that's three cancellations now..

My copy from Amazon US dispatched today. Due 5th Jan in the UK.

What’s interesting is that it’s been shipped via Royal Mail and service says 48 hour delivery. So it may be coming from a UK warehouse much sooner than expected!

Or maybe not. Tracking now says it’s just left Trenton, NJ. Perhaps Royal Mail 48 hour service applies from when it lands in the UK.
