New one posted on ebay for the price I thought the last one should have opened for $2500. This one is a little backwards though. There expecting too much for a Clapton signed in a busy area.. anyone considering spending that kind of money on these should wait until everyone has theirs delivered. Im sure a few more will pop up possibly within the next week or 2 with better placement.

I doubt they are expecting that much to be honest. They already took 20% off for a "deal" at 2K.
You are right, as a buyer you are better off waiting. For sure. If you are a seller, you capitalize on the FOMO now and the lack of inventory. You receive offers and you take the highest one possibly north of the 1K price tag the only other we know had sold at.
The potential buyer feels they get a hell of a steal and the seller makes a great profit. I think the market will lower on these, but still with a limited quantity these will remain hot items for sure

So far only a few have had premier placement. Regardless, due to the limited amount, its a nice item and like anything, will go up in value over the years. Especially since it was purchased for $50..

I have to agree, the Clapton is often nearly invisible where he is signing these. If EC had signed upper right the image would be balanced and all would have great contrast. Still a super item at that price.

I don't care where he signed it. The fact he did this signing is the impressive part. It's value is not diminished in the least by being signed in the middle. It is a beautiful piece. Full stop. And I feel so fortunate to have one.

Thank you. Yes i don't normally open Sealed LP's or Books but the curiosity was just too great.
Maybe i'll open my Springsteen / Obama Renegades Signed book one day!

Nice, that’s a practice I wish I’d started way back but just can’t resist the temptation. You’ll be glad you have nice sealed copies in the end. I had Obama/Springsteen opened before I even got home after picking up in store lol.

I missed it originally too - literallly by 3 minutes (I'm normally glued on here) Since Covid I've turned into a total recluse and I only popped out for 30 minutes to do a favour for somebody.
I had an inkling some may be relisted as the Roughtrade webpage changed last friday morning, amazingly i was literally staring at the webpage as it changed and they put a few back into stock, I couldn't order it quick enough!
