FYI, got called earlier today to pick mine up from B&N in Orlando, FL. So they've been / are being distributed to the stores.

Got mine from Easons today as well!

I ordered a copy from Easons and it was shipped to me in California. Yesterday their AnPost tracking link showed it was handed to their delivery partner (don’t know which company). Today I got an email that delivery was to happen today, I checked the place and no package around. The tracking status now says: “We tried to deliver your post UNITED STATES. Reason: There was no answer at the address.”

It doesn’t say WHO the delivery partner is, so I don’t know for sure if delivery will be attempted again. Anyone have any experience with AnPost, regarding US deliveries, and what happens from here? Not sure if I need to do anything on my end.

I'm in northern Illinois and mine was transferred to the USPS sorting center in Queens (NYC) today after spending 1 day in customs in NY.

Same here for central illinois.. im so glad this didn't end up in chicago customs

Arrived safe and sound today. Was able to secure 2 copies from 2 different sources. One signed on the cover page (Easons) and one on a blank page. Thanks to OP.

might be gone since it was posted a few days ago,

but might be worth a call to inquire, for anyone in the DC metro that can pickup in-store

Signed Copies of Surrender: 40 Songs, One Story | Birch Tree Bookstore

Well,Well...It finally arrived in Texas today. Mine was a 10/3 order so there's hope many will still get theirs.

I received mine today in Texas also and was not expecting a sig. But I got one!!!!  I also ordered on Oct 3rd.

just had an email from veryfinebooks that a Limited Slipcased Signed Edition of Surrender will be available to order on 11 November.  No doubt very expensive!

I see they were charging $295 for the Lives of Brian, so Mikenmar2 is probably right with his estimate.

VeryFineBooks was charging either $1200 or $1500 for Renegades if I remember. So be prepared for $400-$500  or more for Bono from them.
