We appreciate everyone's comments and would like to address a few directly rather than public however we wanted to share the following.
While Ingram Entertainment will be ceasing operations in the coming months, its members will continue its relationship with TalkShopLive. The Rock N Roll Channel, The Country Music Channel and all of the music programming and signings remains in tact and we anticipate 2024 to be bigger and better than ever. Watch for a big artist announcement/appearance for December.

Thanks for doing what you do but please take this feedback to whoever.
There have been some artist releases that have been absolute garbage. For instance, night ranger and lynch mob. Neither should have been acceptable to send out to fans. To make matters worse, your return policy is awful. My Alice cooper vinyl came damaged and getting any response back took weeks. Then was told I had to send back the damaged one. I shouldn't have to take time out of my day to go send back a product that was packed poorly.
I understand you can't control every artist, but before offering a product and promo for sale, show us what we're actually going to get. I guarantee you no one would have ordered night ranger and lynch if they knew.

Exactly. I know you can't control the quality of every autograph. But for example the UB40 was badly smudged (more a blob than a signature) because the pen was not suitable for the glossy paper.
I could have accepted that as a fluke, but on top of that you sent out only one autographed item per order instead of per item. That should have been mentioned on the product page. Honor what was promised. It was never resolved making me be very hesitant in ordering from you again. I'm certain I decided not to place multiple orders because of this fiasco.

yeah, I'm glad to see that you all are still monitoring this site and it would be nice to think that my feedback would actually addressed because your customer service is horrible, 4 out of my last 5 orders were damaged due to improper packaging, and every single time I wrote I got the same exact generic pre-written response instead of someone actually addressing my concerns, which would be so easy for you all to correct but no one seems interested. I actually quit ordering from you guys months ago because as great as some of the stuff you get is, I'm just not spending my money knowing that there is a 99% chance it will show up damaged.

So sad to hear of the loss of Kool & Gang's co-founder George Brown responsible for so many iconic hits including Too Hot, Ladies Night, Jungle Boogie and of course Celebration. So appreciative of his generosity sharing time with me to discuss his life less than three months ago. Thoughts are with his family, friends and the band.
