Beatles set from January 1963

The owner claims they were signed at the Civic Hall, Ellesmere Port in January 1962. I believe the Beatles only played there in January 1963, so they probably got their wires crossed after more than 60 years. Any concerns with the authenticity?

Looks fine...if it's  Ellesmere Port at the Civic Hall....then it was signed on January 14, 1963...

Any ideas on why there's a diagonal line through 'Ringo'? I don't recall seeing that before.
